Gamey Corn Hens
Look at these lovely Gornish Hen Corns. They're stuffed with French bread that sat in a bag with a bunch of olive oil and garlic. There are also olives, onions and probably some other stuff stuffed inside the stuffing. With the rosemary garnish, this dish could fetch $25 a plate in a local restaurant.
Here's me violating the poor hen after it came out of the oven.

Yum! When ARE you guys gonna have a dinner party?
hah- I remember one time (the only time) my mom made Cornish Game Hens for dinner... it freaked me out completely. See, I'm in no way a vegetarian (while I sit hear with a burger in one hand, typing with the other), but I cannot deal with food that looks like its original creature. Eyeballs, tentacles, game hens... all much too similar to what they came from. I can't even eat a chicken leg anymore. I've become more of a sissy as time goes on.
Your display, though, looks lovely. I'm sure they were fantastic. :-)
Yummy little gamish corn hens they were...for breakfast that is! Too many martinis fill you up and make you sleeeeepy...zzzzzzzzz! Jack is a great cook though!
