How it would have gone down had I accepted the assignment
Jennifer Savage was kind enough to offer me a chance to interview Flogging Molly prior to Friday's concert, but I had to decline due to an out-of-town funeral I attended last week.
Had I accepted the assignment, I imagine it would have gone something like this:

Well, I don't know who in the band you might have been fortunate to talk to, but, I interviewed Matt Hensley, the accordion player and he was super nice. Not awkward and media-loathing, as was the other interview I did for this week.
Friday's gonna be good times. Oh, and I'll most definitely be there, so come say hey!
