Looks like a 'ink blot' test, er, a 'blue ink blot' test. Very cool pics on this blog, Jack. Also cool are the impressive rides you've taken. The Prairie Creek bypass - yikes! Major kudos to you! What's next? Freshwater to Bridgeville, the hard way? The road to Shelter Cove? Bald Hills road to Hoopa?
What's weird is that the blue is not a photo manipulation – that's how the point-and-shoot digital camera captured the image. All I did was crop it and post it.
I don't recall Stone Lagoon being that "blue" Monday morning, but it was colder than a witch's tit.
In contrast, the blue "Ridgeline" photo previously posted was radically altered using Photoshop. The blue in that is no more realistic than if I made it green, orange or red.
As for the other photos, I'm a little heavy handed with the contrast adjustments, except for the waterfall. That's entirely untouched except for cropping.
