Someone pump up the President's tires, please!
I ran this photo a few months ago but on the version I used you couldn't be sure what that thing above the back wheel was. Your photo leaves no doubt: it's a fender. It's not like I've been obsessing on this for three months.
Glad we've settled that.
Looks like a trailer hitch to me.
The tires are almost flat and he could use a seat adjustment.
